Loyalty Points Program

ROSEMO automatically enrolls all customers in our Loyalty Points Program. Earn and redeem points every time you shop — no sign-up required.
1. Automatic Enrollment

All customers with a ROSEMO account or who make a purchase are automatically enrolled.

Participation is system-configured via Wix; no manual registration is needed.
2. Earning Points
-
Earn 1 Point for every CAD $1 spent on qualifying purchases.

Points are credited after payment is successfully processed.

Taxes, shipping fees, and discounts are excluded.
3. Redeeming Points

50 Points = CAD $1 discount toward future purchases.

Redeem Points at checkout.

Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or sold.
4. Refunds & Points Adjustment

If a purchase is refunded, Points earned from that purchase are returned to your account.

Points used for a refunded purchase are also reinstated.
5. Points Expiration

Inactivity Rule: If you do not earn any Points for 12 consecutive months, 25% of your total Points balance will expire automatically.

Only earning Points resets the 12-month inactivity period; redeeming alone does not.

Expired Points cannot be reinstated.
6. Account Responsibility

Members must keep account information up to date.

Points are linked to your account and cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold.
7. Program Changes & Termination

ROSEMO may update earning/redemption rates, expiration rules, or suspend/terminate the Program at any time.

Unused Points are forfeited if the Program is terminated.
8. Fraud & Misuse

Points may be revoked or accounts suspended for fraudulent activity or Program abuse.

ROSEMO’s decisions are final.
9. Governing Law
-
This Program is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

Any disputes will be handled in BC courts.
